OW Replay (ow-replay.kr) is an independent fan service that records Overwatch replay codes submitted by users and provides the resulting videos. It is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.

Information we collect. Replay code, in-game nickname (BattleTag), title, and optional map, hero, rank, on-screen player slot and YouTube visibility choice; submission time and processing status; standard access logs (IP address, browser information) processed by Cloudflare; and an entry ID and access key stored only in the user's browser so they can see their own submissions. We do not collect names, contact details, passwords, or Google/YouTube/Battle.net account credentials.

Use of YouTube API Services. We use YouTube API Services to upload recorded videos to the service operator's own YouTube channel. Video titles and descriptions may include the title, nickname, replay code, map, hero and rank the user entered. By using this service, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Uploaded videos are subject to the Google Privacy Policy. We do not access users' Google or YouTube accounts. Users can review and revoke access granted to any application via the Google security settings page.

Sharing. Videos and their metadata are shared with Google (YouTube) for upload; site traffic passes through Cloudflare. We do not sell personal information or share it with other third parties.

Retention and deletion. Completed records are kept for one year and then deleted automatically. Users can delete their own submissions at any time with the Delete button; site records are removed immediately and uploaded YouTube videos are removed within 30 days. Deletion requests (including from other players who appear in a replay) can be sent to ow.replay29302@gmail.com and are handled within 30 days.

Children. The service is not intended for children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes. Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
